MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS & CONDTIONS

 

We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary this Terms and Conditions by publishing the amended terms and conditions on our Site.  We recommend you check our site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms and conditions.

 

ORDERS

 

Once you have placed an Order in accordance with these Terms you will receive an email confirming the details of your Order and receipt of payment (where applicable) (Confirmation Email).

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or part of your order.

Occasionally, when a product is a one off, or low in fabric, it may have been sold to another buyer in the few seconds before your order is confirmed.  In this situation it may look as if the item is part of your order, but our detailed records will show that it was sold to another customer just before your final order was recorded on the system.  We apologise for this, and note it as one of the shortcomings of selling online.

If your order is not accepted by us, you will receive an email indicating that your order has not been accepted. if you do not receive a confirmation cmail, please contact us at info@magaliedacostanoble.com to check the status of your order.

PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES

 

All our prices are in Australian Dollars including Goods and Service Taxe (GST). Price are subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders placed outside of Australia will be charged in Australian Dollars and the final price charged, exchange rates, will be calculated by your bank or card provider.

 

Please note that some countries have their own duties to pay on imported goods. These are calculated based on your order, the value and the shipping destination.

We can’t give you an estimate cost as they vary from country to country and unfortunately, we don’t have any control and it It is the buyers responsibility to research this. You can contact your local customs office or search online to find this information. We are not responsible for extra costs incurred at the destination.

DELIVERY

 

As all our products are hand made-to-order with love and care, tailoring time is usually 2-4 weeks for veils and 6-12 weeks for dresses.If you need your order early, please send us an email and we can try to arrange an early delivery.The delivery time depends on the area in which you are located. We won’t be responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to this deliveries time frame.

SHIPPING 

 

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please allows 1-3 days for your gown to be shipped. 

When it is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with a tracking number.

Some countries may charge duties or other taxes. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control and it will be your responsibility to pay for it.

SIZING AND ALTERATIONS

 

Our gowns come in standard Australian sizes. (Please check our sizing chart)

If you are not sure about your size, please send us your measurements and we will help you find the right size.

 Please take your measurements before ordering. To make sure this gown will be the right fit, please take the BUST - WAIST - HIPS measurements and the length from the collarbone down to the floor. It is your responsibility to take the correct measurements (Please check our “how to take your measurements” website section).

If you are not sure about your size, please send us your measurements at info@magaliedacostanoble.com and we will help you find the right size.

It’s very important that you wear shoes with a similar heel height to those you will be wearing. Most dresses come in a standard hollow-to-hem measurement, based on the size of the dress, which varies from designer to designer.

We cannot be held responsible if the measurements provided are wrong or vary from the original ones sent to us.

We do not provide alterations, if you need any adjustments, we recommend getting in touch with one bridal dress alterations specialist.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

As all our gowns, veils and accessories and  are made-to-order there are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

CANCELATION

 

As all our gowns, veils and accessories and  are made-to-order there are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.

However if you need to cancel your order because of exceptional circumstances, you have 7 days after placing your order to let us know and receive a confirmation from us if the production has not begun. Cancellation fees will be charge to cover the cost of pre-production, fabric allocation and other cost related to your order.

Please contact us at info@magaliedacostanoble.com as soon as possible to avoid high cancellation fees.

 

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent (Liability) suffered by you or any third party, arising from or in connection with your use of our Site and/or the Content and/or any inaccessibility of, interruption to or outage of our Site and/or any loss or corruption of data and/or the fact that the Content is incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date.
